Fried Shrimp Tacos with Pineapple Salsa

I love this meal. It was inspired by the Baha shrimp taco at Torchy’s, but ultimately the two have nothing in common except for fried shrimp and a tortilla.

Chicken Caesar Salad Subs

This is a recipe I figured my boyfriend would enjoy since he loves Caesar salad. I on the other hand was not too excited about it since I found every Caesar salad dressing I’ve tasted to be too rich and sickening. But this recipe from Annie’s Eat was light and refreshing. I did end up tweaking her sandwich recipe to better suit the ingredients I had on hand.
